Entomology is a small field that can prepare students for a career in conservation, pest management, apiculture in a range of private, academic, and governmental institutions. Entomology can be elected as a double major within SEBS or SAS.

This is a way to meet your SEBS Experiential Based Learning credit while also gaining experience in insect research. In order to register for research credit, you should first contact the professor you are interested in working with to discuss potential projects. After this, familiarize yourself with the expectations of the credits and complete the research agreement form. This form will be submitted to Chloe Hawkings through email: [email protected]
Once the agreement form is completed and signed by your mentor, you will be issued an SPN to enroll in credits
